More Than PT?


Day 70-

Had another fairly quiet day even though the knee was a little sore.  Actually, it wasn’t really sore till I went to bed and I had to ice it most of the night.  Like I said, I love ice… its so helpful.  So that was it, been trying as well to work the thigh muscle as well some more doing some other excersies that I’ve learned over the years from dance.  Nothing crazy like jumps or anything, just like some leg lifts and stretches and stuff like that.  But I feel like just trying to do some stuff other than PT stuff is fun and relaxing and makes me feel normal.   I’m hoping that soon enough I’ll be able to do other stuff like yoga or other stretching, as I’m sure that will help the muscle as well.
