Day 38-
So I’ve noticed that the next day after PT I almost always sleep most of the day. I suppose that is normal but for as well as I’m doing you’d think I’d be able to stay awake a bit longer. I’ve also been thinking that perhaps I should start taking my vitamins again as well. I think that might help me feel better and if I feel better should I then do better?! MM, the question for the ages. So not much to report today other than I can sleep like a champ!!
