Day 44-
After all the running around yesterday I was tired today. I slept most of the day and it seems that sleep can help when I’m sore. Although then when I get up then I’m sore and I do this weird limp/gimp/stomp walk till I loosen up which is usually by the time I get to the bathroom. I also find that stroll around the house helps to get things moving again as well. Steps still suck though and I’m always slow on them but I know that they will come along in time. It just feels like everything still is 'in time' and I'm getting a little sick of it. Grr.
